RPF Admit Card 2024

     The Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has released the RPF Admit Card 2024 for the Computer Based Test (CBT) for the recruitment of 452 Sub-Inspector (Executive) posts in the Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Railway Protection Special Force (RPSF). Candidates who have applied online for these posts can now download their admit cards.

The recruitment process for the Sub-Inspector posts in RPF involves the following stages

Computer Based Test (CBT) Details

• Exam Mode : Online
• Duration : 90 minutes
• Total Questions : 120 (Multiple Choice Questions)
• Question Standard : Graduation level
• Negative Marking : 1/3rd marks for each wrong answer
• Pass Marks
  • UR/EWS/OBC-NCL : 35%
  • SC/ST : 30%
• Normalization : Marks will be normalized for CBTs held in multiple shifts.
• Medium of Exam : English, Hindi, and 13 regional languages (Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu).

The CBT will cover the following topics

• Arithmetic (35 Marks)
  • Topics : Number System, Percentages, Averages, Profit & Loss, Time & Distance, Mensuration, etc. 
• General Intelligence and Reasoning (35 Marks)
  • Topics : Analogies, Problem Solving, Judgement, Decision Making, Series, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, etc.
• General Awareness (50 Marks)
  • Topics : Current Events, Indian History, Geography, Polity, Economy, Art & Culture, Sports, General Science, etc.  

Preparation Tips

• Ensure to familiarize yourself with the exam format and practice solving MCQs.
• Focus on general knowledge and current affairs for the awareness section.
• Practice mental calculations for arithmetic questions and develop reasoning skills.

• Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth on the new page and click the Login button.

• Print the admit card and carry it to the exam hall.
